With Martian Manhunter, Mattel answered a long-standing fan request to recolor Martian Manhunter. The new figure has a lighter, more vivid appearance that comes somewhat closer to the TV show colors. The Mattel in-house sculpting team also went and retooled his headsculpt, resulting in an all-new figure instead of a mere redeco. Oddly though, the figure comes with his comm-link headset once more.
